These terms cover your use of www.sensationinteractive.com (the "site"), run by Sensation Interactive, LLC ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Our content

The text, art, screenshots, videos, logos and game names on this site belong to Sensation Interactive, LLC or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use.

Journalists and content creators may use materials from our press kit for editorial coverage of our games. For any other use, ask us first.

Our games are protected

Our games are licensed to players, not sold. They are protected by United States copyright law, international treaties and technical protection measures, including encryption and ownership checks.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or decrypt any Sensation Interactive game; extract, copy or reuse its code, art, music, sound or other content; bypass or disable its encryption, ownership checks or other protections; make or distribute cheats, hacks or modified copies; or copy, share, sell or distribute any of our games except through the store you bought it from.

We look for unauthorized copies and we act on them. We will pursue every legal remedy available, civil and criminal, including statutory damages under the US Copyright Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 1201 to 1204), court orders to stop distribution, and recovery of our legal fees. We report criminal piracy to law enforcement.

Each game also comes with its own license agreement, which has the full terms for that game.

Using the site

Don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other people, or tries to get around its security.

Game information

Games shown here may be in development. Features, platforms, release dates and prices can change before release, and descriptions and screenshots may not reflect the final game.

Other websites

We link to services we don't control, such as Steam, YouTube and social networks. Their own terms apply when you use them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
